**SIGN ON BONUS for Dialysis Experienced**
Renaissance Management Company is hiring a Chronic Dialysis Registered Nurse for our onsite clinic in Geneva, IL. This role exists to deliver safe, consistent dialysis care and steady clinical oversight for patients who rely on a trusted team.
Key responsibilities include providing dialysis treatments, performing patient care assessments, monitoring patient status during therapy, and documenting accurately while partnering with the interdisciplinary team. Required qualifications/skills:Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Competitive Salary ($35.00–$45.00/hr); and Paid Time Off.
How Your Shift FlowsYou’ll work onsite in Geneva with schedule options that fit real life: three 12-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, with AM and PM coverage. Expect a steady rhythm—prepping the floor, coordinating with teammates, staying close to patients throughout their time in the clinic, and wrapping up with clear notes and a smooth handoff so the next shift starts strong.
