About the Role:
Classy Cleaning Staffing Agency is seeking an Experienced General Manager to lead operations at a Choice Hotels property in Cumberland, MD. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality leader to make a real impact, delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing a high-performing team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
• Drive revenue growth and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance reporting
• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor hotel staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure full compliance with Choice Hotels brand standards, policies, and quality assurance requirements
• Resolve guest complaints and escalations promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and maintain strong OTA and reputation management
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and corporate contacts to ensure smooth property operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel General Manager experience, preferably with Choice Hotels or a comparable brand
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems and front office operations
• Proven track record in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Experience maintaining brand compliance and passing quality assurance inspections
• Professional, guest-focused demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
