If so, we are looking for a dedicated Housing Navigator to join our team at Call To Freedom in Sioux Falls, SD.Job Responsibilities:Assess the housing needs of survivors of trafficking or exploitationDevelop and implement individualized housing plansCoordinate with community partners to identify and secure safe and stable housing optionsProvide ongoing support and advocacy to survivors as they transition into housingCollaborate with case managers and other team members to ensure integrated service deliveryMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of housing services providedParticipate in trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledgeQualifications:Previous experience working with survivors of trafficking, exploitation, or other traumaKnowledge of housing resources and programs in the Sioux Falls areaStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassionate and empathetic approach to working with survivorsProficiency in Microsoft Office and database managementBachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field preferredIf you are ready to make a difference in the lives of survivors and help them rebuild their futures, we want to hear from you.
