Position Summary

• Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation through closing and ongoing account development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales and business development activities.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present and sell a portfolio of products, including newly launched offerings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend technical solutions that deliver value.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals..
• Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including qualification, pricing, negotiations, and closing.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to customers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with outbound prospecting and business development.
• Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through close.
• Experience launching or selling new products in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical products and solutions.
